Q: What should I expect?
A: Simply come with your broken item! We’ll add your name to the waiting list, and our 100% volunteer-led team will teach you about repair. We speak Danish & English at our events.
Q: Can I bring my [insert item here]?
A: Yes, just bring it! We do our best, but there are no guarantees, warranties or compensation. We are volunteers with experience and passion for repair, but not a professional repair shop.
Q: Can you come to my house to look at my fridge, washing machine, etc.
A: No, we can only look at things you can physically bring to our events.
Q: Is it free?

Q: Can I leave my item and pick it up later?
A: No, you must stay with your item the whole time. Work with the volunteer so you can learn how to repair, too! We cannot store things at RCO for you; this causes confusion for everyone.
